Chelsea is a an Energy Market Analyst at American Electric Power Energy where she develops decarbonization strategies and sustainability analysis frameworks. While at UChicago, she worked with Harris Policy Labs to provide recommendations for equitable and inclusive economic recovery from COVID-19 in Chicago. She was also the Lead Projects Analyst for Environmental Site Assessments at a consulting firm. Chelsea received a B.A. in Environmental Studies from University of California Santa Barbara and a Master’s of Public Policy from the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy.
