Alexis Cain is an Environmental Scientist with the Air and Radiation Division of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 5 in Chicago. He has been with USEPA since 1995. He holds a Masters in International Affairs from The American University and a Masters in Environmental Studies from Yale University. He is the Air and Radiation Division’s team lead for air toxics and energy, and serves on a variety of regulatory workgroups, including one that is developing greenhouse gas reduction requirements for electricity generating units.
